EGO eats: Quick and Easy Spinach Chicken Lasagna

Hi Egos, I'm on vacation right now and what I was looking forward to the most was cooking every day! One of the things I made was Spinach Chicken Lasagna.

Here is what you'll need:

500 g seasoned chicken
0.5 l tomato sauce
500 g spinach
250 g grated cheese
lasagna sheets (depends on the size of your pan)
200 g cream

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the chicken into little pieces, fry it, add the tomato sauce and season it if you like. Get your pan and start with the sauce you just made. Add lasagna sheets on top followed by a layer of spinach and another layer of lasagna sheets. Start with the sauce again and repeat until the spinach and sauce are all in the pan. Spread the cream on top of it all and finally sprinkle some cheese on it. I pimped up the lasagna with some stripes of cheddar cheese.

Leave the whole thing in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Check on it in between and see if the cheese is as brown as you like it and if the lasagna sheets are properly cooked.
